The construction units to maximize engineering be-nefit, we should do a good job in each phase of the project cost control. Combined with many years of experiences, the author makes a detailed analysis of the management and the measures of cost control, discusses the cost optimization control and ma-nagement measures three stages of before, during and after the event in project construction process.
