对猪油进行酯交换,然后与马来酸酐酯化,生成猪油马来酸酐单酯,生成产物与乙烯基类单体共聚,得到具有两亲结构的多功能皮革加脂剂。研究了改性反应中各因素对反应的影响,得到了酯交换反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度60℃,甲醇钠的用量为猪油质量的0.2%,反应时间为35 min;酯化反应的最佳工艺为:反应温度130℃,反应时间3 h;聚合反应条件:改性猪油的质量分数为总单体量的40%,引发剂的质量分数为0.7%,单体的质量浓度为30%,反应温度为80℃。

Lard oil carrying on ester exchange and was esterified with maleic anhydride to produce lard oil-maleic acid monoester, then amphiphilic muti-function fatliquors was obtained by copolymerizing with lard oil maleic acid monoester and acrylic acid monomer. The optimum conditions of synthesis were obtained by studying the effects of the factors in reaction. The optimum conditions of the ester exchange reaction were temperature 60℃, the amount of sodium methoxide 0.2%(based on lard oil) and time 35 min .The ester reaction was carried out under the condition of 130℃for 3 h, and the conditions of copolymerizing were as follows: the mass fraction of modified lard oil and initiator were 40% and 0.7% (based on total monomer), the mass concentration of monomer was 30%, the temperature of reaction was 80℃.
