以空气-亚硫酸氢钠为引发体系,采用自由基水溶液聚合方法,实现在较低温度下制备中低分子量聚丙烯酸钠。通过正交试验研究了反应条件对聚丙烯酸钠分子量及单体转化率的影响。实验结果表明,通过控制反应条件可以合成中低分子量(5000-20000)的聚丙烯酸钠。

The low-middle molecular weight polyacrylate sodium has been synthesized with air-sodium bisulfite as initiation system at low temperature by free radical solution polymerization. It was studied through orthogonal experiments that reaction conditions effected the molecular weight of polyacrylate sodium and the conversion ratio of monomer. The experiment results showed that the molecular weight of polyacrylate sodium was 5000~20000 under the different reaction conditions.
