本项目的意义在于通过超低能耗绿色建筑的技术集成研究,因地制宜地为气候寒冷地区探索出超低能耗绿色建筑设计体系、基准建筑能耗指标体系、绿色建筑节能技术体系、超低能耗建筑运行管理体系等,实施示范项目达到建筑现场年度能耗为零,并分别申报国内外四项绿色建筑评价标识的最高奖项,为本地区绿色建筑开发建设提供技术参考,进而为城市建设的可持续发展提供积极的探讨和典型示范,为城市的开发建设提供技术、管理、政策等方面的参考。

본항목적의의재우통과초저능모록색건축적기술집성연구,인지제의지위기후한랭지구탐색출초저능모록색건축설계체계、기준건축능모지표체계、록색건축절능기술체계、초저능모건축운행관리체계등,실시시범항목체도건축현장년도능모위령,병분별신보국내외사항록색건축평개표식적최고장항,위본지구록색건축개발건설제공기술삼고,진이위성시건설적가지속발전제공적겁적탐토화전형시범,위성시적개발건설제공기술、관리、정책등방면적삼고。
The practical importance of this project is through the super low-energy green building technologies integration research to explore ultra low-energy green building design system for cold climate and local conditions, building energy consumption index system benchmark. green building energy saving system, and ultra low energy consumption building operation and management system. The implementation of demonstration projects at construction site leads to zero annual energy consumption, and is qualified for the highest awards of four green building evaluation systems in home and abroad. This project will provide a technical reference for the green building development and construction, a positive exploration and demonstration case for the sustainable development of city construction, and the reference for technologies, management, policy and other aspects in city development and construction.
