运用价值工程理论,综合考虑纸箱价值、强度功能和纸箱成本三者之间的关系,建立了瓦楞纸箱配纸的优化模型,并采用微粒群算法对模型进行求解,得到价值指数最大时纸箱的强度功能、成本系数值,由此确定纸箱配纸楞型和瓦楞原纸定量的最优组合方案,实现瓦楞纸箱的优化配纸。
運用價值工程理論,綜閤攷慮紙箱價值、彊度功能和紙箱成本三者之間的關繫,建立瞭瓦楞紙箱配紙的優化模型,併採用微粒群算法對模型進行求解,得到價值指數最大時紙箱的彊度功能、成本繫數值,由此確定紙箱配紙楞型和瓦楞原紙定量的最優組閤方案,實現瓦楞紙箱的優化配紙。
운용개치공정이론,종합고필지상개치、강도공능화지상성본삼자지간적관계,건립료와릉지상배지적우화모형,병채용미립군산법대모형진행구해,득도개치지수최대시지상적강도공능、성본계수치,유차학정지상배지릉형화와릉원지정량적최우조합방안,실현와릉지상적우화배지。
On the basis of value engineering,paper optimum model of corrugated box was established after considering the relationship among packaging box value,the strength function,and the cost.After solving the model with the help of particle swarm optimization(PSO),the strength function and cost coefficient values of maximum value were got.At the same time,the combination of flute and raw materials was found in order to realize matching paper optimization of corrugated box.
