Through studying and analyzing current employment situation of civil engineering major,this paper puts forward the necessity of strengthening civil engineering practice and ways of enhancing engineering practice capability,with a view to cultivate college students＇ creational and practical ability,to improve their comprehensive ability,and to improve their employment capabilities.
