为解决依据单因素判断旱情造成的偏差，提高旱情评估的准确性，引入了多源信息同化融合的概念，从多源信息同化融合的基本概念出发，讨论了信息同化融合在旱情评价中应用的可能性，分析了各类干旱的相互关系以及相应旱情信息的特点和来源，提出了旱情多源信息同化融合的思路和方法，构建了旱情综合评价指标体系，并进行了实际应用研究。结果表明：所得到的综合旱情指标可反映各类干旱相互作用的结果，避免了仅依靠单因素评估旱情造成的片面性，为全面、完整进行旱情评估提供了一种新的技术手段和方法。

In order to solve the deviation problem of drought assessment and improve the accuracy of the assessment of drought and based on infor-mation assimilated and fusion concepts,this article discussed the application for drought multi-source information assimilation and fusion techniques in the assessment of drought. It analyzed the characteristics of drought types and mutual relations,proposed the ideas and methods of drought multi-source information assimilation & fusion and built drought evaluation index system. It conducted applied research in the study case. The results show that the obtained comprehensive drought index can reflect the result of the interaction of three types of drought. A new drought assessment technical means and methods are proposed.
