在市场经济条件下，高职教育在一定程度具有商品属性。作为特殊的商品，高职教育存在着供给与需求，高职教育机会与人才两方面的供求关系。当前高职教育机会需求不足型和高职教育人才供求结构型矛盾失衡的供求现状，不利于实现高职教育供求均衡。因此，缓解高职教育供求矛盾需从学生的需求角度，用人单位的需求角度和高职院校的供给角度三个方面着手，从而才能保证高职教育的健康有序发展。

재시장경제조건하，고직교육재일정정도구유상품속성。작위특수적상품，고직교육존재착공급여수구，고직교육궤회여인재량방면적공구관계。당전고직교육궤회수구불족형화고직교육인재공구결구형모순실형적공구현상，불리우실현고직교육공구균형。인차，완해고직교육공구모순수종학생적수구각도，용인단위적수구각도화고직원교적공급각도삼개방면착수，종이재능보증고직교육적건강유서발전。
Standing in the perspective of the supply and demand of higher vocational education, this article mainly analyzes the China’s current status of supply and demand between the opportunities of senior vocational education and talents. Resolutions to the problem will be put forward from three main parts, namely, higher vocational colleges, employers and students, as well as two pairs of supply-demand relationship as vocational colleges and students, vocational colleges and employers to help relieve the contradiction between supply and demand and contribute to healthier development of china’s higher vocational education.
