目的:研究并建立枳实药材的高效液相色谱特征图谱。方法采用色谱柱Hypersil ODS (4.6 mm ×200 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A )-水( B)为流动相系统进行梯度洗脱;柱温35℃;检测波长284 nm;流速1.0 mL· min-1。结果通过对10批不同产地的枳实药材的测定,建立了枳实药材的指纹图谱共有模式,标定了2个共有峰,以化学对照品结合高效液相色谱图鉴定了这2个峰。10批枳实药材的相似度均在0.90以上。结论该方法简便,准确,重现性好,为有效控制药材的内在质量标准提供科学依据。

목적:연구병건립지실약재적고효액상색보특정도보。방법채용색보주Hypersil ODS (4.6 mm ×200 mm,5μm),이을정(A )-수( B)위류동상계통진행제도세탈;주온35℃;검측파장284 nm;류속1.0 mL· min-1。결과통과대10비불동산지적지실약재적측정,건립료지실약재적지문도보공유모식,표정료2개공유봉,이화학대조품결합고효액상색보도감정료저2개봉。10비지실약재적상사도균재0.90이상。결론해방법간편,준학,중현성호,위유효공제약재적내재질량표준제공과학의거。
Objective To study and establish the fingerprint chromatogram for the identification of citrus aurantium.Methods A HPLC analysis was carried out on a Hypersil ODS (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile (A)-water (B) in gradient mode.The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm and the column temperature was kept at 35 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min -1 . Results The mutual mode of the fingerprints of Citrus aurantium was set up with “Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint ofTCM ”, and two characteristic peaks were marked, which were identified by combination of high performance liquid chromatogram and chemical reference sample.The similaritiesof 10 batches of citrus aurantium were above 0. 90.Con clusion The method proves to be repeatable, precise and stable.It can provide scientific basisfor the quality control of citrus aurantium.
