目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗呼吸道感染的临床效果，并分析其药理学特性。方法收集我院于2012年1～7月所收治的36例呼吸道感染患者的临床资料，应用阿奇霉素来进行治疗，观察治疗效果。结果治疗7 d后，36例患者中痊愈26例（72.2%），显效7例（19.4%），有效3例（8.4%），无效0例，用药前痰培养阳性31例，共检出4种致病菌，用药后痰培养转阴29例，阴转率为93.5%。结论阿奇霉素治疗敏感致病菌所引起的呼吸道感染效果显著，是常用的治疗药物之一。
목적탐토아기매소치료호흡도감염적림상효과，병분석기약이학특성。방법수집아원우2012년1～7월소수치적36례호흡도감염환자적림상자료，응용아기매소래진행치료，관찰치료효과。결과치료7 d후，36례환자중전유26례（72.2%），현효7례（19.4%），유효3례（8.4%），무효0례，용약전담배양양성31례，공검출4충치병균，용약후담배양전음29례，음전솔위93.5%。결론아기매소치료민감치병균소인기적호흡도감염효과현저，시상용적치료약물지일。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment of respiratory tract infection, and analyze its pharmacological properties. Methods A clinical data of 36 cases of patients with respiratory tract infection in our hospital from January 2012 to July 2012 were treated with azithromycin, and the treatment effect was observed. Results After treatment of 7 d, 26 cases were cured in 36 patients (72.2%), obvious effects occurred 7 cases (19.4%), effective in 3 cases (8.4%), 0 failure cases; positive sputum culture in 31 cases, four kinds of bacteria were detected before treatment,sputum culture conversion in 29 cases after treatment,negative rate was 93.5%. Conclusion Azithromycin in the treatment of sensitive respiratory infection caused by bacteria effect is remarkable, is one of the commonly used drugs.
