目的：免煎中药治疗老年急性阑尾炎的诊治体会进行分析。将30例老年阑尾炎患者按照情况分为中药治疗组和手术治疗组，并对其治疗中出现的征兆进行记录和分析。结果：中药治疗组患者平均住院时间为4d，全部患者治愈出院。手术治疗的老年阑尾炎患者平均住院7d，这些患者中术后切口感染1例，术后出现粘连性肠梗阻1例，其余均痊愈。说明：中药治疗老年急性阑尾炎可以更快，更能减少感染的发生。结论：老年性阑尾炎发病症状不明显，手术治疗没有中药治疗效果好，手术治疗术后并发症多，对老年人来说不宜采用手术治疗。
목적：면전중약치료노년급성란미염적진치체회진행분석。장30례노년란미염환자안조정황분위중약치료조화수술치료조，병대기치료중출현적정조진행기록화분석。결과：중약치료조환자평균주원시간위4d，전부환자치유출원。수술치료적노년란미염환자평균주원7d，저사환자중술후절구감염1례，술후출현점련성장경조1례，기여균전유。설명：중약치료노년급성란미염가이경쾌，경능감소감염적발생。결론：노년성란미염발병증상불명현，수술치료몰유중약치료효과호，수술치료술후병발증다，대노년인래설불의채용수술치료。
