维扬文化在中国文化中占有重要地位，历代当地人民在自己的生活中逐步形成的体育文化，也以其鲜明的个性深入体现了维扬文化的特色。本文采用文献资料法和田野调查法对维扬地区的地理位置、历史和文化进行分析，归纳出维扬民俗体育的内容，总结出维扬民俗体育具有休闲性、包容性、和谐性与节气性的特征。

Weiyang culture occupies an important position in Chinese culture,Generations of local people gradually formed the Sports culture that demonstrate the features of Weiyang culture in-depth with distinct personality in their life.
