　　在建筑工程施工中，如果工程进度管控得当，不仅可以缩短工期、减少工作量，而且能够减少人力、物资资源的损耗。笔者经过多年的实践经验，对影响工程进度的主要因素进行了深入的分析，并提出了相应的进度管控措施。

If the construction progresses in the architectural engineering construction can proper control, we can not only shorten the duration and reduce the workload, but also can red-uce manpower and the wastage of the material resources. In this article, the author bases on many years of practical expe-rience, and proceeds in-depth analysis of the main factors that affect the progress of the project, and then puts forward the c-orresponding control measures.
