This paper starting from the significance of the research on the modern construction management information system, elaborates on the importance and the important status of the information technology application in construction man-agement of architectural engineering. Then it analyzes the app-lication strategy of construction management and makes sugg-estions and theoretical point of view. Final y, with the develop-pment of era, the author prospects the development trend of construction management informationization construction.
