目的：探讨多功能标本采集器在肺癌患者中的诊断价值。方法对2012年10月到2014年1月门诊或住院部临床疑诊为肺癌的患者302例（后非肺癌诊断者28例），支气管镜检查中能直视的病灶130例先活检，后利用多功能标本采集器吸引；不能直视的病灶部分（68例）直接经肺活检后，多功能标本采集器吸引，部分未行肺活检直接通过支气管镜灌洗（36例）或采取多功能标本采集器灌洗（40例）。其诊断肺癌的阳性率分别为：80.0%（其中利用多功能标本采集器吸引阳性率为59.2%）；55.8%（其中利用多功能标本采集器吸引阳性率为23.6%）；19.4%（7/36）；45.0%（18/40）。结论多功能标本采集器联合应用于肺癌患者诊断中可提高其诊断阳性率。
목적：탐토다공능표본채집기재폐암환자중적진단개치。방법대2012년10월도2014년1월문진혹주원부림상의진위폐암적환자302례（후비폐암진단자28례），지기관경검사중능직시적병조130례선활검，후이용다공능표본채집기흡인；불능직시적병조부분（68례）직접경폐활검후，다공능표본채집기흡인，부분미행폐활검직접통과지기관경관세（36례）혹채취다공능표본채집기관세（40례）。기진단폐암적양성솔분별위：80.0%（기중이용다공능표본채집기흡인양성솔위59.2%）；55.8%（기중이용다공능표본채집기흡인양성솔위23.6%）；19.4%（7/36）；45.0%（18/40）。결론다공능표본채집기연합응용우폐암환자진단중가제고기진단양성솔。
Objective:To evaluate diagnostic value of multifunctional specimen col ector in patient with lung cancer. Methods: 302 cases of patients in out-patient and inpatient department for suspected lung cancer from October 2012 to January 2014 were entered prospectively into the study,including 28 cases of non lung cancer in the final diagnosis. Transbronchial biopsy and multifunctional specimen col ector successively were performed in 130 cases of lung cancer which could be observed directly by bronchoscope.Of non-visible tumours by transbronchial ,68 cases were performed by Transbronchial lung biopsy(TBLB) and multifunctional specimen col ector successively,36 cases were performed directly by Bronchoalveolar lavage ,and 40 cases were performed by multifunctional specimen col ector lavage. Results:The diagnostic positive rate of lung cancer were as fol ows: 80.0% (using the multi-function specimen col ector attract positive rate was 59.2%),55.8% (using the multi-function specimen col ector pump positive rate was 23.6%),19.4% (7/36),45% (18/40) .Conclusion:The positive rate in the diagnosis of lung carcinoma can be increased by the combined multifunctional specimen col ector .
