    目的：通过分析先天性腹腔干与肠系膜上动脉缺失1例，分析其临床特点及检查，认为消化道出血患者腹部多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)、多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影(MSCTPA)有重要价值，特别是行介入治疗前的病变评估。
    목적：통과분석선천성복강간여장계막상동맥결실1례，분석기림상특점급검사，인위소화도출혈환자복부다층라선CT혈관성상(MSCTA)、다층라선CT폐동맥조영(MSCTPA)유중요개치，특별시행개입치료전적병변평고。
    Through the analysis of 1 case of congenital absence of celiac axis and superior mesenteric artery,its clinical characteristics and the examination are analyzed.We think that MSCTA and MSCTPA of abdomen have a important value on patients with alimentary tract hemorrhage,especially to evaluate lesions before interventional treatment.
