目的：探讨彩超在胎儿脐带异常附着中的临床诊断价值。方法：2011年12月-2013年12月收治胎儿脐带异常附着患者42例，对该组患者的产前彩超诊断结果进行回顾性分析。结果：病理诊断结果提示边缘性附着32例(76.19%)，帆状附着10例(23.81%)。彩超结果检出36例，诊断符合率85.71%，其中28例边缘性附着，8例帆状附着；漏诊6例(14.29%)。结论：产前彩超检查可以作为早期诊断胎儿脐带异常附着的手段，为临床治疗提供参考。

목적：탐토채초재태인제대이상부착중적림상진단개치。방법：2011년12월-2013년12월수치태인제대이상부착환자42례，대해조환자적산전채초진단결과진행회고성분석。결과：병리진단결과제시변연성부착32례(76.19%)，범상부착10례(23.81%)。채초결과검출36례，진단부합솔85.71%，기중28례변연성부착，8례범상부착；루진6례(14.29%)。결론：산전채초검사가이작위조기진단태인제대이상부착적수단，위림상치료제공삼고。
Objective:To explore the clinical diagnostic value of color doppler sonography in fetal umbilical cord insertion. Methods:42 cases with fetal umbilical cord insertion were selected from December 2011 to December 2013.Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis results were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Pathological diagnosis showed 32 cases(76.19% ) were the marginal attachment,10 cases(23.81%) were velamentous insertion.36 cases were detected by color doppler ultrasound,and the diagnostic accordance rate was 85.71% ,including 28 cases of borderline adhesion,8 cases of velamentous insertion.6 cases(14.29% ) of missed diagnosis.Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasonography can provide a means for early diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord insertion.It provides the reference for the clinical treatment.
