目的：观察血塞通注射液联合巴曲酶治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)临床疗效。方法：住院患者68例，随机分为治疗组及对照组，两组均常规应用抗血小板聚集药物，他汀类调节血脂药物，扩张血管、营养神经药物，同时积极治疗合并症，适当应用改善心肌供血，纠正心衰以及降压、降糖等药物，其中治疗组在此基础上应用血塞通注射液联合巴曲酶治疗，10天1疗程。观察两组TIA终止时间及相对例数，分别计算出两组的有效率和无效率进行统计学对比分析，并观察两组用药不良反应情况。结果：治疗组有效率(97.1%)高于对照组(76.4%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组无效率(2.9%)低于对照组(23.5%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组均无明显严重不良反应。结论：血塞通注射液联合巴曲酶能较好地终止TIA发作及防止进一步进展为脑梗死，用药亦安全。所以在临床TIA治疗过程中可首选此组药物。

목적：관찰혈새통주사액연합파곡매치료단잠성뇌결혈발작(TIA)림상료효。방법：주원환자68례，수궤분위치료조급대조조，량조균상규응용항혈소판취집약물，타정류조절혈지약물，확장혈관、영양신경약물，동시적겁치료합병증，괄당응용개선심기공혈，규정심쇠이급강압、강당등약물，기중치료조재차기출상응용혈새통주사액연합파곡매치료，10천1료정。관찰량조TIA종지시간급상대례수，분별계산출량조적유효솔화무효솔진행통계학대비분석，병관찰량조용약불량반응정황。결과：치료조유효솔(97.1%)고우대조조(76.4%)，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。치료조무효솔(2.9%)저우대조조(23.5%)，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。량조균무명현엄중불량반응。결론：혈새통주사액연합파곡매능교호지종지TIA발작급방지진일보진전위뇌경사，용약역안전。소이재림상TIA치료과정중가수선차조약물。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuesaitong injection combined with batroxobin in the treatment of transient ischemic attack.Methods:68 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were all treated with platelet aggregation drugs, lipid control statin drugs,dilating blood vessels and nerve nutrition drugs.The complications were actively treated.The two groups were treated with drugs to improve myocardial blood flow,correct heart failure,reducte blood pressure,reduce blood sugar.On this basis,the treatment group were treated with Xuesaitong injection combined with batroxobin.10 days were a course.The end times and relative cases of TIA of the two groups were observed.The efficient and inefficient of the two groups were respectively calculated and contrastively analyzed.The drug adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group(97.1%) was higher than that of the control group(76.4%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The invalid case was 1 case,the inefficiency rate of the treatment group(2.9%) was lower than that of the control group(23.5%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There had no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The Xuesaitong injection combined with batroxobin can terminate the TIA attack and prevent further progression to infarction.The medication is safe.So it firstly choice this group of drugs in the clinical treatment of TIA.
