目的：总结妊娠剧吐患者的诊治经验。方法：对53例妊娠剧吐患者的临床资料进行分析，入院后检查患者电解质、酸碱平衡、肝肾功能、甲状腺功能，根据患者检查结果，给予相应治疗。结果：52例水电解质代谢及酸碱平衡紊乱得到纠正，1例终止妊娠。52例完成妊娠并且新生儿正常。结论：妊娠剧吐应结合具体情况给予相应的治疗。

목적：총결임신극토환자적진치경험。방법：대53례임신극토환자적림상자료진행분석，입원후검사환자전해질、산감평형、간신공능、갑상선공능，근거환자검사결과，급여상응치료。결과：52례수전해질대사급산감평형문란득도규정，1례종지임신。52례완성임신병차신생인정상。결론：임신극토응결합구체정황급여상응적치료。
Objective:We summed up the experience in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods:We analyzed the clinical datas of 53 cases who with hyperemesis gravidarum.We checked the blood electrolyte,acid-base balance,the function of liver and kidney,thyroid function after admission.We give the corresponding treatment according to the patient's examination results.Results:52 cases of water electrolyte metabolism and acid-base balance disorder were corrected,and 1 cases was termination of pregnancy.52 cases completed the pregnancy and neonates.Conclusion:The treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum should be combined with specific conditions to give the corresponding.
