目的：探讨外伤性脾破裂的治疗方法及原则。方法：2010年1月-2013年12月收治外伤性脾破裂患者86例，23例采用非手术治疗(非手术组)，63例采用手术治疗(手术组)，评价两组的治疗效果。结果：非手术组中，治愈21例，中转手术2例，治愈率91.3%。手术组中，治愈62例，死亡1例，治愈率98.4%。结论：非手术和手术治疗对外伤性脾破裂均为行之有效的治疗手段，应尽可能选用保脾的治疗方法。

목적：탐토외상성비파렬적치료방법급원칙。방법：2010년1월-2013년12월수치외상성비파렬환자86례，23례채용비수술치료(비수술조)，63례채용수술치료(수술조)，평개량조적치료효과。결과：비수술조중，치유21례，중전수술2례，치유솔91.3%。수술조중，치유62례，사망1례，치유솔98.4%。결론：비수술화수술치료대외상성비파렬균위행지유효적치료수단，응진가능선용보비적치료방법。
Objective:To explore the method and principle of treatment of traumatic spleen rupture.Methods:86 cases with traumatic spleen rupture were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.23 cases were treated with non-operation method(the non-operation group),and 63 cases were treated with operation method(the operation group).The treatment effects of two groups were evaluated.Results:In non-operation group,21 cases were cured,2 cases were converted to operation,and the cure rate was 91.3%.In operation group,62 cases were cured,1 case died,and the cure rate was 98.4%.Conclusion:Non-operation and operation treatment in traumatic spleen rupture are effective treatments.It should choose the treatment methods of preserving spleen as far as possible.
