目的：比较单纯穿孔修补术与胃大部切除术在治疗急性胃十二指肠穿孔方面的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年1月-2013年12月收治的急性胃十二指肠穿孔患者80例，随机分为单纯修补术组及胃大部切除术组，每组40例。比较两组手术时间、住院天数、术后并发症及手术总有效率方面的差异。结果：单纯修补组手术时间短、住院天数少、术后并发症发生率低、手术总有效率高，两组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：单纯穿孔修补术治疗急性胃穿孔疗效优于胃大部切除术，值得临床推广。
목적：비교단순천공수보술여위대부절제술재치료급성위십이지장천공방면적림상료효。방법：회고성분석2010년1월-2013년12월수치적급성위십이지장천공환자80례，수궤분위단순수보술조급위대부절제술조，매조40례。비교량조수술시간、주원천수、술후병발증급수술총유효솔방면적차이。결과：단순수보조수술시간단、주원천수소、술후병발증발생솔저、수술총유효솔고，량조간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：단순천공수보술치료급성위천공료효우우위대부절제술，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To Compare the efficacy between simple perforation repair and subtotal gastric resection in treatment of gastric and duodenum perforation.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 80 cases with acute gastric and duodenum perforation were selected from January 2010 to December 2013 .They were randomly divided into simple repair group and gastrectomy group with 40 cases in each.We compared the differences in operation time,hospitalization time,postoperative complications and operation total efficiency between the two groups.Results:In the simple repair group,the operation time and hospitalization time was shorter, the postoperative complication rate was lower,the total effective rate was higher,and there is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of simple perforation repair in the treatment of acute gastric perforation was better than subtotal gastric resection,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
