市场经济本质上是法制经济,现代社会的任何创业行为,可以说都是一种法律行为,必须依照法律程序,得到法律的认可。大学生创业过程中自身是否具备法律意识,是否了解和掌握相关的法律法规是依法创业的关键。创业法制教育的主要目的是增强大学生的法律意识,提高大学生在创业过程中的守法意识和用法能力。在创业教育视野下进行法制教育,教育的内容应该具有针对性,培养形成一支高水平的创业法制教育的师资队伍。同时在创业法制教育的方式途径上,构建创业法律实训教学网络平台,鼓励法学专业教师开设与创业相关的法律类公共选修课程,使法制教育真正落到实处。
