中等职业院校是我国实施中等职业教育的学校，其目的是在义务教育的基础上培养大量技能型人才与高素质劳动者。但是在教育过程中我们发现了很多的问题，这与学生本身的素质和所受到的教育程度有较大的关系，同时外界的环境也有一定影响。作为中职学校的班主任来说，必须要想尽一切办法，来从根本上提高学生的整体素质，让他们将来更好地走向社会，实现人生的价值。本文将以此作为出发点来进行探讨和分析。

Secondary vocational schools are those implementing secondary vocational education in China, with the aim to cultivate a large number of technical talents and high-quality workers based on the compulsory education. But many problems have been found in the education process, largely resulting from stu-dents' own qualities and the degree of education they received, as well as the surroundings. As a head teacher for secondary voca-tional school,one should strive to improve students' comprehen-sive quality from the core, so as to help them better adapt to the society and realize their life values, based on which, this paper made relevant explorations and analyses.
