The methods of productive process were introduced, the operated optimization of propane - propylene distillation was studied by combining with the actual production calibration and simulate calculation of chemical software, and the reason of productive fluctuation of the propane - propylene rectification tower were analysed. The optimization schemes were proposed to solve the problems.
