以DEFORM-3 D软件为平台,建立了特定切削三要素下TC4钛合金的三维车削有限元模型,探讨并比较了TC4钛合金在TiN、TiCN和Al2 O3三种涂层刀具切削时切削力和刀具切削温度的变化规律,确定Al2 O3为TC4钛合金最适宜的刀具涂层材料,并对其进行车削用量参数优化,为实际工艺参数的选择提供了理论指导。
以DEFORM-3 D軟件為平檯,建立瞭特定切削三要素下TC4鈦閤金的三維車削有限元模型,探討併比較瞭TC4鈦閤金在TiN、TiCN和Al2 O3三種塗層刀具切削時切削力和刀具切削溫度的變化規律,確定Al2 O3為TC4鈦閤金最適宜的刀具塗層材料,併對其進行車削用量參數優化,為實際工藝參數的選擇提供瞭理論指導。

Based on the DEFORM-3D software,the 3D turning finite element model of Titanium alloy TC4 under the specified three cutting elements was established. Changing rules of cutting force and tool tempera-ture when TC4 was cutted by the coated cutting tools of TiN、TiC and Al2 O3 was explored, and confirmed that the optimal coated cutting tool material was Al2 O3 . At last, the three cutting parameters was optimized for it. The results provided guiding significance for the determination of process parameters.
