用盐酸水解蔗髓中的半纤维素,考察了不同盐酸浓度、固液比、水解时间及温度对蔗髓水解条件的影响,并确定出最佳的水解条件为:盐酸浓度1.09%、固液比1:8、水解时间120min、水解温度105℃,此条件下制备木糖得率为6.7%。
用鹽痠水解蔗髓中的半纖維素,攷察瞭不同鹽痠濃度、固液比、水解時間及溫度對蔗髓水解條件的影響,併確定齣最佳的水解條件為:鹽痠濃度1.09%、固液比1:8、水解時間120min、水解溫度105℃,此條件下製備木糖得率為6.7%。

Hydrolyzed hemicelluloses in bagasse bith by hydrochloric acid. Different hydrolysis conditions were tested and the best hydrolysis conditions were developed as: the concentration of hydrochloric acid 1.09% ,the ratio of liquid to solid was 1:8, the hydrolysis time was 120min and the temperature was 105℃. The conditions for preparing xylose yield was 6.7%.
