By analyzing problems in enterprise equipment and technology in power grid construction, this pa-per proposes measures for construction technology and equipment innovation management in terms of prelimi-nary planning, technology innovation, supervision and inspection, effectiveness checking, assessment build-ing and so on. The method has achieved effectiveness in the Zhoushan Islands connected with mainland pro-ject, which not only guarantees construction safety, but also increases construction efficiency.
