发电机励磁变压器二次电压直接影响发电机励磁系统的控制性能和安全可靠运行。针对近期大量新建及改造机组的励磁系统设计审查工作,对励磁变压器二次电压设计取值进行了研究。从设计保证励磁系统强励能力、启动试验励磁电压要求等方面出发,参考相关标准要求,对励磁变压器二次电压参数选择和重点核算内容进行了分析,励磁变二次电压取值需要同时考虑励磁变压器容量投资、灭磁可靠性、整流桥晶闸管等级要求、励磁主回路绝缘耐压要求等在内的多种限制因素,提出了励磁变压器二次电压设计取值应注意的问题。

Control performance and operating reliability and safety of generator excitation system are influ-enced directly by secondary voltage of generator excitation transformer. In view of the recent new and modi-fied generator excitation system design review, the paper investigates design value of secondary voltage of ex-citation transformer. From aspects of strong excitation capacity of excitation system ensured by the design, voltage requirement on excitation test, the paper refers to the relevant standard requirements to analyze the choice of secondary voltage parameters of excitation system and whatever needs proofread. Value of secondary voltage of excitation system needs to consider both limiting factors such as capacity investment of excitation transformer, deexcitation reliability, and grade requirement of rectifier bridge thyristor and insulation and with-stand voltage, etc. The paper suggests problems in design value of secondary voltage of excitation transformer.
