变电站因施工需要双母带旁路母线全停时,为保证对用户持续供电,一般考虑用旁路母线转供一部分负荷。针对常规旁路母线转供存在的问题,如线路及设备潮流越限、继电保护失配等,提出选择适当位置拆断旁母,分段转供负荷的解决方案,在台州220 kV海门变电站的技术改造中得到了成功应用。

When the buses in double-bus with bypass faces full stop due to substation construction, the bypass buses are generally considered for partial power supply for the purpose of continuous power supply for users. Aiming at problems in power supply of bypass bus such as exceeded power flow of lines and equipment we well as mismatch of relay protection, the paper proposes a solution of bypass bus breaking and piecewise load supply, which is successfully applied in technical transformation of 220 kV Haimen substation.
