为快速准确鉴定冬小麦植株在寒地越冬期间的抗寒性,以返青率不同的3份冬小麦品种为试验材料,冬小麦越冬期内从田间取样,进行人工冷冻处理,测定不同冷冻处理植株电导率及植株栽植后成活率。结果表明,冬小麦电导率与成活率呈显著负相关,相关系数为-0.66;封冻初期田间取样的植株再进行-12℃处理3 d测定植株电导率,可准确鉴定不同基因型间抗寒性水平。而在气温达最低时取回植株栽植,其成活率可直接区别基因型间抗寒性差异。

위쾌속준학감정동소맥식주재한지월동기간적항한성,이반청솔불동적3빈동소맥품충위시험재료,동소맥월동기내종전간취양,진행인공냉동처리,측정불동냉동처리식주전도솔급식주재식후성활솔。결과표명,동소맥전도솔여성활솔정현저부상관,상관계수위-0.66;봉동초기전간취양적식주재진행-12℃처리3 d측정식주전도솔,가준학감정불동기인형간항한성수평。이재기온체최저시취회식주재식,기성활솔가직접구별기인형간항한성차이。
Three winter wheat cultivars which were different in overwintering survival rates were used to measure electrical conductivities and survival rates of field samples and artifitial freezing treatment parts of the same ones in every stages of winter season, in order to test the levels of cold resistance in winter wheat rapidly and accurately during overwintering period in frigid region.The results showed that electrical conductivity of winter wheat was significantly negative correlated with survival rate, the correlation coefficient was-0.66;plants sampled from early stage during frozen period were treated by-12℃for 3 d, the freezing tolerant levels of winter wheat cultivars could be accurately identified with the electrical conductivities. And the plants which were sampled from field when temperature reached lowest in the winter season and then replanted in the laboratory could be used to distinquish directly the difference of antifreezing levels among winter wheat cultivars in survival rate.
