微博作为人们接收与共享信息的新兴社交互动平台，使得有影响力话题的产生成为可能。作为网络舆情产生的萌芽，对于网络话题影响力的评价具有极其重要的意义。基于话题影响力的概念梳理与构成因素界定，提出了微博话题影响指数这一概念。分别从参与者维度、话题维度与网络维度构建微博话题影响指数的指标大类。使用大量客观数据，通过主成分分析法对各指标权重进行客观赋值，最终得到微博话题影响指数的7个主成分以及该指数的计算方法。最后，提出该指数的应用示例，旨在为在线话题管理者提供网络舆情管理的决策支持。

As the emerging interactive social network platform for people to receive and share information, microblog makes the genera-tion of influential topics possible. As the early stage of network public opinion, the evaluation of the influence of online topic has great sig-nificance. Based on the concept combination and components definition of topic influence, this research proposes a new concept of microb-log topic influence index ( topic-I index) which contains three dimensions:participants, topics and network. Applying PCA and huge vol-ume of real data to assign each index weight, we eventually obtain 7 principal components and the calculation methodology of topic-I in-dex. Finally, the paper provides the application example of this index to provide network public opinion decision supports for topic man-agement administrators.
