Avascular necrosis of femoral head is a common clinical disease, which has three common triggers:a hip injury, femoral neck fracture, heavy drinking and history of hormonal drug use. This article reports one forensic identification case in which avascular necrosis of femoral head happens shortly after high fall injury, and it has progressed rapidly and has been identified as causal relationship with the high fall injury.
