【目的】对贵州省36个县市的1547份疑似病毒病症状的烟叶样品进行检测,明确我省烟区主要病毒种类。【方法】采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(DAS-ELISA)法。【结果】检测出1107个阳性样品,包括烟草普通花叶病毒(tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)、马铃薯 Y 病毒(potato virus Y,PVY)、黄瓜花叶病毒(cucumber mosaic virus, CMV)、烟草蚀纹病毒(tobacco etch virus,TEV)、烟草脉带花叶病毒(tobacco vein banding mosaic virus,TVBMV)等5种病毒,其中TMV和PVY的阳性检出率较高,分别为41.63%和11.70%;并以单一病毒侵染为主,另有4种类型的复合侵染。【结论】通过研究可知TMV和PVY为贵州烟草病毒病的优势毒原种类。
【目的】對貴州省36箇縣市的1547份疑似病毒病癥狀的煙葉樣品進行檢測,明確我省煙區主要病毒種類。【方法】採用雙抗體夾心酶聯免疫吸附法(DAS-ELISA)法。【結果】檢測齣1107箇暘性樣品,包括煙草普通花葉病毒(tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)、馬鈴藷 Y 病毒(potato virus Y,PVY)、黃瓜花葉病毒(cucumber mosaic virus, CMV)、煙草蝕紋病毒(tobacco etch virus,TEV)、煙草脈帶花葉病毒(tobacco vein banding mosaic virus,TVBMV)等5種病毒,其中TMV和PVY的暘性檢齣率較高,分彆為41.63%和11.70%;併以單一病毒侵染為主,另有4種類型的複閤侵染。【結論】通過研究可知TMV和PVY為貴州煙草病毒病的優勢毒原種類。
【목적】대귀주성36개현시적1547빈의사병독병증상적연협양품진행검측,명학아성연구주요병독충류。【방법】채용쌍항체협심매련면역흡부법(DAS-ELISA)법。【결과】검측출1107개양성양품,포괄연초보통화협병독(tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)、마령서 Y 병독(potato virus Y,PVY)、황과화협병독(cucumber mosaic virus, CMV)、연초식문병독(tobacco etch virus,TEV)、연초맥대화협병독(tobacco vein banding mosaic virus,TVBMV)등5충병독,기중TMV화PVY적양성검출솔교고,분별위41.63%화11.70%;병이단일병독침염위주,령유4충류형적복합침염。【결론】통과연구가지TMV화PVY위귀주연초병독병적우세독원충류。
Objective]1 547 suspected infected tobacco samples from 36 cities / counties in Guizhou were tested to identify major species of viruses in the tobacco growing area.[Method]DAS-ELISA testing process was used to analyze these samples.[Results]1 107 samples were de-tected to be positive infection.They included five kinds of viruses:tobacco mosaic virus,potato virus Y,cucumber mosaic virus,tobacco etch virus and tobacco vein banding mosaic virus.TMV and PVY have a high detection rate,which were 41. 63% and 11. 70%,respectively.The major way of infection was single virus infection.Besides,four mixed infection forms were also detec-ted.[Conclusion]The results indicated that TMV and PVY were the dominant origin of tobacco virus in Guizhou.
