中俄原油管道漠河-大庆段工程(简称漠大线),北起漠河首站,南接大庆末站(现庆铁线林源首站),沿线途经黑龙江省、内蒙古自治区共12个县市,是中国境内重要的原油管道之一。漠大线原油管道所经过地区地貌类型多样、地质构造复杂、人类工程活动强烈、地质环境较脆弱。冻土及水毁等地质灾害的潜在威胁,对管道的正常营运构成了危害。管道地质灾害已经成为我国管道安全的主要风险源之一。因此,分析多年冻土对漠大线原油管道的危害,进行危害等级分区,提出合理的意见和建议,对减轻或避免地质灾害对沿线油气管道的危害具有重要意义。

중아원유관도막하-대경단공정(간칭막대선),북기막하수참,남접대경말참(현경철선림원수참),연선도경흑룡강성、내몽고자치구공12개현시,시중국경내중요적원유관도지일。막대선원유관도소경과지구지모류형다양、지질구조복잡、인류공정활동강렬、지질배경교취약。동토급수훼등지질재해적잠재위협,대관도적정상영운구성료위해。관도지질재해이경성위아국관도안전적주요풍험원지일。인차,분석다년동토대막대선원유관도적위해,진행위해등급분구,제출합리적의견화건의,대감경혹피면지질재해대연선유기관도적위해구유중요의의。
The project of the pipeline exporting the crude oil to China and Russia is located in Hei-longjiang province and Inner Mongolia province , starts at Mohe county and finishes at Daqing city , is one of the most important pipelines exporting the crude oil in China .The pipeline goes through the area which has the various types of landforms and geological structures , the stong human activity , fragile geological environment .The perennial frozen soil and the potential geological disasters are harmful to the normal op -eration of the pipeline .The harm of the geological disaster about the pipeline is become one of the main risk sources in China .Above all , we analysis the harm of the perennial frozen soil to the pipeline expor-ting the crude oil from Mohe county to Daqing city , conduct the hazard rating division , give the reasona-ble comments and suggestions .It has the important significance of reducing or revoking the harm from the perennial frozen soil to the pipeline .
