从施工角度描述了冻土区水力冲填的经验,分析了施工方法选择的主要方面(包括多年冻土施工方法-原理一和冻土活动的施工方法-原理二)。水力冲填厚度的变化对建成区冻土环境的影响已经呈现。基础工程的功能已被广泛认可。提出了全面的水文地质监测,以检测地基的土热和机械状态,对雅库茨克新发展区域的冻土产生了广泛而深远的影响。
從施工角度描述瞭凍土區水力遲填的經驗,分析瞭施工方法選擇的主要方麵(包括多年凍土施工方法-原理一和凍土活動的施工方法-原理二)。水力遲填厚度的變化對建成區凍土環境的影響已經呈現。基礎工程的功能已被廣汎認可。提齣瞭全麵的水文地質鑑測,以檢測地基的土熱和機械狀態,對雅庫茨剋新髮展區域的凍土產生瞭廣汎而深遠的影響。

The experience of construction on hydraulically filled soils in permafrost has been was de -scribed.The main aspects of construction approach selection ( passive construction methods in perma-frost-Principle I and active construction methods in permafrost-Principle II ) have been analyzed .The effect of hydraulic fill thickness on changes in permafrost conditions of built -up areas has been presented . The features of foundation engineering have been considered .A comprehensive hydrogeological and geo-cryological monitoring to detect intensive and extensive effects on the thermal and mechanical state of the foundation soils and in the permafrost in general in a new developmental area on hydraulic fill in Yakutsk has been suggested .
