现有大坝警情诊断方法在信息处理和结果表述上存在不足，因此基于盲数理论，对反映大坝性态变化的警情因子所表征警情状况进行盲数描述，然后采用 AH P 法(层次分析法)进行因子指标权重确定，继而对各因子警情状况依据盲数运算法则进行计算分析，将结果归一化处理后得到以盲数形式表征的大坝综合警情。利用汤河水库现有监测资料进行实证研究，结果表明利用该方法对大坝警情进行盲诊断，效果良好。

The current dam warning diagnosis met hods have t he disadvantages in the information processing and result presenta-tion. In this paper, a blind diagnosis analysis method for the early warning of dam w as proposed based on the blind number theo-ry. First, the w arning status reflected by w arning factors was described in the blind number form. Second, the index w eight of each factor was determined by the AHP met hod, and thus the warning status of each warning factor can be calculated and ana-lyzed using the blind number calculat ion algorithm. Finally, the results of each w arning factor w ere performed normalizat ion pro-cessing to obtain the dam comprehensive w arning in the blind number form. Based on the monitoring data of Tanghe reservoir, this met hod can provide a blind diagnosis to the early w arning of reservoir dam w ith good effect s.
