以轿车后保险杠为研究对象,利用Moldflow软件对不同注射浇口位置的成型过程进行模拟,对预测可能出现的成型缺陷进行分析并取最优方案,最后根据设计结果进行模具型腔设计。这种设计方法不仅缩短了模具开发时间,而且提高试模成功率。
以轎車後保險槓為研究對象,利用Moldflow軟件對不同註射澆口位置的成型過程進行模擬,對預測可能齣現的成型缺陷進行分析併取最優方案,最後根據設計結果進行模具型腔設計。這種設計方法不僅縮短瞭模具開髮時間,而且提高試模成功率。

Taking automobile rear bumper as the object study,and with Moldflow software,the author simulated the molding process of injecting different gate location,analyzed the possible molding defects,from which the best solution was taken and mould cavity was de-signed. This design method not only shortens the mold development time but also improves the success rate of tryout.
