以轿车后保险杠为研究对象，利用Moldflow软件对不同注射浇口位置的成型过程进行模拟，对预测可能出现的成型缺陷进行分析并取最优方案，最后根据设计结果进行模具型腔设计。这种设计方法不仅缩短了模具开发时间，而且提高试模成功率。

Taking automobile rear bumper as the object study,and with Moldflow software,the author simulated the molding process of injecting different gate location,analyzed the possible molding defects,from which the best solution was taken and mould cavity was de-signed. This design method not only shortens the mold development time but also improves the success rate of tryout.
