采用物元分析法对区域水资源安全进行评价，从水资源总体安全、水资源社会安全、水资源经济安全、水资源生态安全四个方面建立评价指标体系，并以宿城区为例进行水资源安全评价，结果显示宿城区2012年水资源处于较安全状态。研究表明，物元分析法能够解决不同指标间不相容问题，采用物元分析法进行区域水资源安全评价是合理的、可行的。

The matter element analysis method w as used to evaluate the security of regional w ater resources and to develop the e-valuation index system from four aspects, including the overall security of w ater resources, the social security of w ater re-sources, t he economic securit y of w ater resources, and the ecological security of w ater resources. The evaluation index syst em was applied to Sucheng District. T he results showed t hat the w ater resources of Sucheng District were healthy in 2012. T he matter element analysis method can solve the problem of incom patibilit y betw een different indicators, and it can provide reasona-ble and feasible evaluation of regional water security.
