以5种不同砧木嫁接的夏黑葡萄为试材,以夏黑扦插苗为对照,对植株营养生长、枝条中养分含量、果实品质及矿质元素含量进行比较。初步研究结果表明,不同砧木对夏黑葡萄的生长及枝条中养分含量会产生不同影响,以140R嫁接苗叶面积为最大,101-14嫁接苗主干粗度显著高于其它4种砧木和扦插苗,且101-14砧木有利于枝条中养分的积累。不同砧木对果实性状与品质均有显著影响,其中以3309C组合的果穗为最重,以140R组合的单果质量为最大,以101-14组合的可溶性固形物含量最高。不同砧木对果实中矿质元素含量亦有较大影响,101-14和5BB组合能有效促进果实中多种矿质元素的同时积累。综合评价认为,101-14组合具有促进树体生长、提高枝条中养分含量,以及提高果实品质与果实中矿质元素含量等优点,是夏黑葡萄较为理想的砧木。

The vegetative growth, nutrient contents of canes, fruit quality and mineral element contents of Summer Black grapevine (V. vinifera×V. labrusca) on five rootstocks were evaluated, and the cutting seedlings of Summer Black were used as control. The results showed that the trees with the largest leaf area presented on 140R rootstock, and the maximum diameter of trunk was on 101-14 rootstock, and the 101-14 rootstock was benefit for the accumulation of nutrient in canes. Different rootstock also had significant effect on fruit characters and quality. The weightiest fruit cluster, biggest fruit weight and highest soluble solids content were on 3309C, 140R and 101-14 rootstock respectively. Moreover, the mineral element content of grape fruit was also affected by different rootstocks, and the101-14 and 5BB could effectively promote the accumulation of many mineral elements in fruits. The comprehensive evaluation results showed that 101-14 rootstock was beneficial to the growth, nutrient contents of canes, fruit quality and mineral element content of fruit. So it was the most suitable rootstock for Summer Black grapevine.
