本文结合多年矿用机电设备的生产经验及对现场产品的调研、总结,论述了矿用机电设备表面预处理对涂层保护性能的重要性,重点分析了现有矿用机电设备涂装前预处理工艺现状,提出了一种处理过程简单、防腐效果好、使用寿命长的处理方法-预加热-抛丸-喷塑预处理工艺,对于规范现有煤矿机电设备的涂装工艺、提高涂装材料的使用寿命、增加设备的安全性能具有重要的意义。
本文結閤多年礦用機電設備的生產經驗及對現場產品的調研、總結,論述瞭礦用機電設備錶麵預處理對塗層保護性能的重要性,重點分析瞭現有礦用機電設備塗裝前預處理工藝現狀,提齣瞭一種處理過程簡單、防腐效果好、使用壽命長的處理方法-預加熱-拋汍-噴塑預處理工藝,對于規範現有煤礦機電設備的塗裝工藝、提高塗裝材料的使用壽命、增加設備的安全性能具有重要的意義。

In combination with years of experience in mechanical and electrical equipment for mining and on-site product research, this paper discusses and summarizes the importance of electromechanical equipment surface pretreatment for coating protection performance, focuses on status quo analysis of equipment pretreatment before painting process with existing mine mechanical and electrical equipment. As a result, a simple process treatment with good corrosion effect and long-life, i.e., pre-heating-shot blasting-spray pretreatment process is put forward, presents great significance in standardizing existing coal mines coating process, improving life of coating material and increasing the safety performance of the equipment.
