为有效解决粗精煤产率偏低和灰分较高问题,对影响干扰床分选效果的各因素进行了择优实验。结果表明,分选密度和上升水量均是影响粗精煤产率和灰分的显著因素。在优化实验条件下,分选密度和上升水量分别为1.47g/cm3和107m3/h时,粗精煤灰分为14.65%,其产率为64.21%,综合精煤灰分降至要求值以下,其产率提高近0.6%,分选效果比较理想。

In order to effectively solve the problem that low coarse clean coal yield and high ash, the effect of different factors on the separa-tion performance of teetered bed separator was investigated. Experimental results showed that separating density and upward water flow were significant factors for the yield and ash content of coarse clean coal. Under optimized experimental conditions, when separating density and upward water flow was respectively 1.47g/cm3 and 107m3/h, coarse clean coal had an ash content of 14.65%and a yield of 64.21%. Simulta-neously comprehensive clean ash was reduced less than the required value, and comprehensive clean yield was increased nearly by 0.6%. The better effect was obtained.
