低扬程泵站的流道对水泵装置的水力性能影响很大。原型水泵均采用混凝土流道,与模型水泵的钢制流道差异较大。在邳州泵站利用激光全站仪检测了大型竖井贯流泵进出水流道的20个横断面和进水流道的4个纵断面,将各检测数据与设计要求值比对后,得出了实际施工的型线偏差。在此基础上,分析了混凝土流道对水泵装置的水力性能影响,结合原型水泵流道型线的不规则性特点,总结邳州泵站混凝土施工质量经验,提出流道型线偏差控制的建议,为泵站工程的混凝土流道型线控制提供参考。

The flow channel of low lift pum p station has great impacts on the hydraulic performance of the pum p. The protot ype pump adopts the concrete flow passage, w hich is quite different from the steel f low passage of the model pump. We checked 20 cross sect ions of the inlet and outlet flow channel and 4 longitudinal profiles of inlet flow channel w it h laser total station instru-ment in the Pizhou pump station. The deviation of t he type line in the actual construction was obtained after the act ual testing data w ere compared w ith the design requirements. On the basis, the impacts of concrete f low passage on the hydraulic perform-ance of pump were analyzed. In consideration of the irregularity characterist ics of the type line of the flow passage in the proto-type pump, the concrete construction qualit y of the Pizhou pump station w as summarized, and the suggestions of deviation con-trol of flow passage w ere proposed, w hich can provide reference for the control of concrete flow passage in the pump station.
