在对神府长焰煤基础性质研究的基础上,基于现有配煤方案,通过添加神府长焰煤替代部分1/3焦煤和气煤进行配煤炼焦试验,结果表明,在增加肥煤配比时可以用长焰煤替代部分1/3焦煤和气煤,有利于降低焦炭的硫分和灰分,扩大炼焦煤资源,降低配煤成本。

Based on the properties analysis of long flame coal .We added long flame coal to replace part of 1/3 coking coal and gas coal for cokemaking test according to the present coal blending scheme .The result shows that long flame coal can replace part of 1/3 coking coal and gas coal for cokemaking when increasing the mass percentage of fat coal .This will be beneficial for reducing sul-fur and ash content in coke ,saving the coking coal resources and lowering the coal blending cost .
