在进行某种密闭容器精密光学实验时,要求光纤贯穿密封转接装置能抵抗近2 MPa的高压冲击波。采用裸光纤直接灌胶密封方式设计一种光纤气密封转接装置,通过在装置内设置多个灌胶筒并合理选择灌胶筒的内径和灌胶密封段长度,使转接装置的密封抗压能力得到明显增强。检测结果表明:设计光纤气密封转接装置漏率小于1×10-9 Pa·m3/s,能够抗2 MPa的超压气体冲击,且光信号传输衰减小于1 dB。

For the accurate optical experiments of a certain closed container,the hermetical device for the optical fibers through the closed container is required to resist a high-pressure shock wave which is nearly 2 MPa.A hermetical device was designed by pouring sealant directly on the naked optical fibers.Through installing more than one sealant-pouring can-isters in the hermetical device and selecting the rational inner diameter of the sealant-pouring canisiers and the rational length of the fiber section with sealant,the sealing and pressure resistance capacity of the hermetical device was improved. The test results show that the leak rate of the designed hermetical device of fiber is less than 10 -9 Pa·m3/s,it can bear the shock of the pressure of 2 MPa,and the light signal attenuation through this hermetical device is less than 1 dB.
