针对O型密封圈传统尺寸检测技术精度较低的缺点,提出一种新的基于图像的尺寸检测方法。该方法首先应用数字图像处理技术,对形状多变的O型密封圈图像进行边缘检测;再采用多边形近似法得到其内、外径周长,并计算出相应的线径。实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的精度,满足装配的要求。

Aimed at the disadvantage of low accuracy of traditional O-ring size detection technology,a new size detection method was put forward.For this method,the digital image processing technology was used to detect the image edge of O-ring whose shape is variable,the approximate polygon method was used to get the inside and outside perimeter of O-ring, and the corresponding diameter was calculated by the inside and outside perimeter.The experimental result shows that this method has higher accuracy and can satisfy assembly requirements.
