为了实现在邻近区域内对较远距离目标的无源探测和定位感知,提出了基于虚拟基线的邻近多站无源定位方法。该方法以已知辐射源方位为前提,对某一限定区域内任意散布的接收天线阵元以虚拟基线为基准进行正交投影,通过引入距离差观测量,实现对目标的单站无源定位。最后通过计算机仿真实验验证算法的有效性。

A new method for the range estimation of a far-field source based on multiple sensors limited in small area is proposed by using the novel concept of virtual baseline. In the method, the angles of signal arrival should be known firstly. The arbitrarily distributed sensors in the lim-ited-field are orthogonally projected on a virtual baseline. And the radiation source is located in the single observation station by estimating the range difference between the sensors. At last, the simulation experiments are conducted to verify the validity of the proposed method.
