借助有限元分析软件ANSYS对具有不同支承结构的超高速微切削空气静压电主轴进行全参数三维实体建模,运用流固耦合的有限元方法分析电主轴的各种结构方案,并进行承载特性分析对比,优选出空气静压电主轴的支承结构。结果表明,前支承对电主轴的承载影响最大,主轴悬跨段的设置对提高承载性能的贡献较小,为加强主轴刚性,可以选择主轴前段采用多排孔轴承的支承结构。

With the help of the finite element analysis(FEA)software ANSYS,three-dimensional model of the ultra-high-speed micro-cutting aerostatic motorized spindle based on different support structures was set up.Finite element anal-ysis method of fluid-structure interaction was applied for the analysis of different kinds of structural designs of spindle.The load-bearing characteristics was analyzed and compared in order to obtain optimized support structure of motorized spindle. It is found that the front bearing structure has the greatest effect in the bearing ability of the motorized spindle bearing,the setting of spindle span contributes a little to the bearing ability,in order to strengthen the spindle rigidity,the spindle sup-porting structure of front bearing with multi-hole can be choosen.
