用石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)测定土壤样品中全量铅的含量,通过设定高温灰化温度、缩短灰化时间、二次方程拟合计算等试验条件,实现土壤样品全量铅的快速检测。结果表明:试验方法扩大了仪器检测的线性范围,能够直接测定土壤样品溶液中较高含量的铅,避免由于样品溶液稀释而引入的实验误差,同时减少了实验环节,缩短分析时间,提高检测效率。分别测试方法的准确度和精密度等技术指标测试结果表明,所测土壤标准物质的结果落在标准值范围内,加标回收率为(100±10)%,相对标准偏差<5.0%,结果令人满意。

Graphite furnace atomic absorption method (GFAAS) is used to determine the content of full lead in soil sample, to achieve the rapid detection of full lead in soil sample by setting high-temperature ashing temperature, shortening ashing time, quadratic equation fitting calculation and other test conditions. Results show that the test method extends the linear range of instrument detection, and it can directly determine the lead with higher content in soil sample solution, avoiding the experimental error caused by the dilution of the sample solution, and meanwhile, reducing test steps, shortening analysis time accordingly and improving the detection efficiency. The accuracy, precision and other technical indicators of the methods are tested respectively, and the standard material result of the tested soil is within the range of the standard value, and the adding standard recovery ratio is (100 ±10)% with relative standard deviation<5.0%, so the result is of satisfactory.
