野生稻是栽培稻的野生近缘种,作为重要的基因资源,具有诸多的优良性状,如野生稻对病虫害的抗性、对各种逆境的耐受性以及胞质雄性不育等,已被广泛应用于现代栽培稻的育种改良,成为栽培稻遗传改良的丰富基因源和不可替代的物质基础。本文综述了野生稻优良基因的发掘和种质资源的利用现状,总结了野生稻保护和利用目前存在的问题,并对其在水稻育种中的应用潜力做出了展望。

야생도시재배도적야생근연충,작위중요적기인자원,구유제다적우량성상,여야생도대병충해적항성、대각충역경적내수성이급포질웅성불육등,이피엄범응용우현대재배도적육충개량,성위재배도유전개량적봉부기인원화불가체대적물질기출。본문종술료야생도우량기인적발굴화충질자원적이용현상,총결료야생도보호화이용목전존재적문제,병대기재수도육충중적응용잠력주출료전망。
Wild rice is the closely related wild relatives of cultivated rice. As an important genetic resource of rice, it exists a number of elite genes, such as resistance to diseases and insect pests, tolerance to different kinds of stresses and its cytoplasmic male sterility, which have been widely used in cultivated rice breeding. Wild rice is considered to be a rich gene pool and unreplaced basic material for rice genetic improvement. This paper reviewed the discovery of favorable genes and the utilization of germplasm resources in rice breeding, the problems of current research in wild rice were summarized, the utilization potential in rice breeding were prospected for future.
