以SWOT分析法阐述了浙江省油茶产业的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战。分析认为浙江省油茶产业在文化、自然条件方面存在明显优势，在生产成本、产业链和技术水平方面存在劣势，具备我国食用油自给缺口大、国家政策支持力度大等发展机遇，还存在竞争对手多、竞争力强和销售模式单一、地方品牌空缺等挑战。同时，提出了发展战略，为浙江省油茶产业的进一步发展提供了理论支持。

The advantages,weakness,opportunities and challenges of Camellia Oleifera industry in Zhejiang Province were analyzed based on SWOT method. The results showed that it had advantages in culture and natural conditions ,but it also had disadvantages in production cost ,industrial chain and technical merit. It was also facing many good opportunities such as the big demand of self-supplying of edible oil and good industrial policy. Camellia Oleifera industry in Zhejiang Province also had challenges such as large quantities of competitors and their strong competitive strength ,the simplicial channel of distribution and the lack of endemic brand. The effective countermeasures were brought out to provide theoretical support for the further development of Camellia Oleifera industry in Zhejiang Province.
